Radcom Software Services LLC seeks Senior Test Automation Lead for Durham, North Carolina office to execute and design comprehensive suites of automation test plans, test cases load testing, scenarios, scripts, and procedures using Java technologies for web application, mobile application, and web service test automation. Define test approach and strategies based on business requirements. Create Proof of Concepts for test automation using BDD framework and maintain test coverage and test cases for functional testing, data validation, performance and load testing, and end-to-end testing. Utilize automation testing tools and management tools as well as reporting mechanisms for defect tracking and testing efforts. Conduct integration testing and manage defect tracking for both hardware and software components throughout Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Plan test effort for assigned features, including feature tests, automation and scale tests. Perform data analysis testing to ensure proper software support of users and end-products. Maintain regression test plans and appropriately prioritize testing efforts. Create and document test reports. Participate in establishing QA and testing guiding principals. May travel and relocate to various unanticipated sites throughout the US. Must have Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 3 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 5 years of experience.
